Six

My Weight Watchers journey has been successful so far. I've been at it for four weeks.

Six pounds down!

Only eight more to go until my goal weight.

It really hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. I'm starting to get used to smaller portions. I eat a lot of vegetables ans virtually no bread or potatoes. It's a very sad life I lead. The one thing that really saves me is these:


Only one point! I eat one after dinner every night.

Sometimes I think about adding some cardio to speed up this process, but thinking about all that jumping around makes me tired.
