Portion control? More like portion out of control.
I eat twice as much as my husband and usually finish his plate. I've always been a big eater. I'd rather eat four salads and be satisfied than one burger and still be hungry. So, how do I make a change?
My faithful blog readers know about the struggle I went through to fit into my wedding dress last year.
I had a gorgeous dress that did not fit at first, but after two months of serious commitment to a change in eating habits and exercise, I did it! I slimmed up for the big day.
(Note the nervous look, I wasn't sure I had done it)

But low and behold, here I am back to square one. Actually, I think I'm back to square -1.
This happens to everyone right? Tell me I'm not alone.
Although it is common to gain weight your first year of marriage, it doesn't mean you have to accept it.
Therefore, I want to recommit myself to a healthy lifestyle. I want to treat my body with respect.
This is big for me.
I feel like a need to get re-baptized.
