Another entry for the easy, picky husband-friendly recipe series! My friends Janae, Karlee and I made this up for dinner when we were low on groceries and weight watchers points. Enjoy!
Ramen Stir-fry
I package Oriental Ramen
Frozen Stir-fry Fry veggies
1 tbs Olive oil
Soy Sauce (optional)
In a wok or frying pan, add olive oil and heat to medium.
Add frozen veggies and cook until tender, stir frequently
In a separate small saucepan, prepare Ramen according to package, add seasoning
Add finished Ramen to veggies and mix
Add 2 tbs soy sauce, salt and pepper
